state of Madhya Pradesh, Bandhavgarh is a moist deciduous forest and its habitat features beautiful
Sal and bamboo forests, rolling hills, expansive grasslands, and perennial streams. Bandhavgarh boasts the highest
tiger density in India (around 135 tigers in 1600 Square KMS total area) and is
rightfully known as the tiger capital of the world, making it one of the best
places to see wild tigers while exuding an old-world charm.
Besides the Bengal Tigers, Bandhavgarh is
home to a diverse array of wildlife, including Asian wild elephants, leopards, spotted deer, samba
deer, barking deer, wild boars, Indian bison (Gaul), languor monkeys, and various bird species, making
